Known throughout Kentucky for his musical work in the Pennyrilers, R.A. Bridges is a living tribute to the stories and traditions of days long gone.  This is especially evident in the history of his fiddle, made by Michael Seitz in 1878.   You can watch the full video to learn how he became the fiddle’s current “caretaker”, why it was falsely labeled as a Stradivarius, and how wormholes in the original wood were plugged by the maker.
