By first learning the tracks off of John Prine’s debut album, Wisconsin born Jeffrey Foucault began his music career at the age of 17 with his feet firmly planted on the shoulders of songwriting greats. Several years and albums later, Jeffrey’s music has been described by the The New Yorker as “stark, literate songs that are as wide open as the landscape of his native Midwest” while another songwriting great, Don Henley, once stated that Jeffrey “clocks modern culture about as good as I’ve ever heard anybody clock it.”
Performing a full set at the Derby Piano Bar in Bowling Green, KY, Jeffrey was joined by Eric Heywood on pedal steel and Billy Conway on drums.
